For more than 20 years, ASIA OILFIELD EQUIPMENT B.V. has been producing and, thanks to a successful design and high quality, successfully supplied products for the transgas departments of PJSC GAZPROM. This is a whole range of products – from non-consumable pressure regulators that can fit in the palm of your hand to containers for transporting and storing SPM odorant with a length of more than 3 meters.
Pressure regulators RDU is designed for use at the objects of main gas pipelines – compressor and gas distribution stations. The version with a heat generator can be used outdoors in winter.
A distinctive feature of the produced gas odorizers is the use of the “odorant evaporation – passing gas flow” method, which makes it possible not to adjust to gas pressure surges in the pipeline. Odorizers are operated without constant operator supervision.
Capacitive equipment is represented by containers for transportation and storage of SPM odorant with a working volume from 0.16 to 4 m3. For the storage of methanol, ground and underground tanks are produced with a volume of 0.2 to 10 m3.
Diaphragm-type quick-change restrictors are used for commercial measurement of gas flow in main gas pipelines and gas pipelines supplying gas to power facilities. The manufacture of CSS with nominal diameter Dy 50 … 1000 mm and nominal pressure up to 25 MPa has been mastered. This type of product received a certificate of SDS “INTERGAZCERT”.
The first serial samples of an anti-surge valve with a nominal bore of 300 mm and a nominal pressure of 8.0 MPa were manufactured, designed to shut off and regulate the flow of the working medium in gas main pipelines, including to prevent accidents.
The product differs from analogues:
– high environmental and fire safety,
– refusal to use the energy of the gas flow in the pipeline and the introduction of a compact high-pressure hydraulic power plant that ensures the safe operation of the valve plunger drive in automatic and manual modes and does not depend on the gas pressure in the pipeline;
– high reliability of the valve due to the absence of mechanical transmission links.
Work is underway to equip production with new highly efficient equipment.
